WebKit Adblock Filters

Source filters: AdGuard filters 2, 11, 7, 3, 20.

These filters are combined and converted to WebKit content-blocking JSON,
then minified by this project. The conversion date is in version.txt.

To reproduce, use these saved inputs instead of downloading newer filters,
check out the recorded converter revision and run the conversion/minification
commands in the workflow. The workflow records the selected Safari target.
These source files are available without charge alongside rules.json.
